egg yolk, grain mustard, amaretti biscuit, gold leaf

Yellow Fin Tuna carpaccio

Julienne of carrots and zucchini, citrus dressing and rocket salad

Rabbit and Pistachio Terrine

Pickled cucumber, radiccio butter and Melba toast


Mains

Mornington Peninsula Organic Turkey

macadamia nut stuffing, carrot and potato lasagne, cranberry and port jus

Grain Fed Angus Scotch Fillet

topped with braised shallots, split green beans, truffle and bone marrow jus

Silver Bream in Guazzetto

Pan fried with baby leeks, baby Roma tomato and smokey fish broth

Risotto

Spinach and gorgonzola risotto, with caramelized baby pear and toasted almonds

All mains are served with garden salad and steamed chats

Dessert

Chocolate brownie

Warm chocolate brownie, served with pistachio ice cream and hot cherries

Lemon Grass Creme Brule'

caramelised plums, pink grapefruit granita

Fish pieces cooked in a light batter, served with french fries, and lemon wedge

Cheese and tomato 10 inch pizza
